  If it would be possible to give 10 heart rating, Mathilde would have it! She has natural tact and respect for everyone, positive and open attitude and real easiness to fit in our family. Our dinner conversation were real treat and her presence in kitchen greatly enriched our food habits. She appreciated everything we did for her as much as we appreciated what she did for us.
  She would be welcome back anytime!
