Clean comfortable premises. Friendly ppl. Privacy was a bit of an issue, in that owners also utilised kitchen and lounge area. Owner always turning off lights on you, also got locked out one evening when I went outside to make a phone callluckily my sister was still awake and was able to let me back in.
