Felcie is welcoming and greeting, and does this professionally. There will be breakfast in the mornings, conversations about what you’re doing each day, advice about airport times/tours. She even helped me out the day I had a super-early morning start. Vlad, the dad, is a professional tour guide, Felcie is a professional host of people visiting Cusco, and their young sons are also around to answer questions (the young one loved practicing his English, and answered questions to).
