I have lived with Jennifer for three months and I can highly recommend her accommodation! The room has its own outdoor access, air conditioning and a small desk, and with the walk-in closet the room covered all my needs. The room is very big for New York standards. Also the location of the apartment is perfect! With the subway or the bus you are midtown within minutes. You can walk to the Central Park. The area is relatively quiet and all shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Jennifer is a very open and friendly person who always helps with any questions but also respects your privacy. Her pets are all very nice and friendly and it is possible to not let them in your own room, if you want. All in all, I felt very comfortable!
