Communication with Bich was very good right from the start. She took care of my arrival and my reception and welcomed me very nicely. we were often in touch via WhatsApp. the room was private and I could use the bathroom. Towels and soap were provided. I was even invited to the Tet festival dinner. I felt very well. Thank you for your hospitality, Bich :)

The host cancelled the booking 12 days before the arrival date.

The host family was very warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean. Host mother speaks English and her husband speaks Japanese. Their children are very cute and we played Vietnamese chess with them.

Hanh and his family are wonderful.
They welcomed us with kindness and answered any questions or requests we made.
It was as if we were also part of his beautiful family and we had a wonderful time.

Hanh was our first experience on homestay. She is a very warm, sweet, nice and helpful person. Me and my husband felt very safe and happy at her residence. The whole family received us with an open heart. Her parents in law don't speak english but they were extremely involved, trying to guide us with different aspects. Sometimes the non-verbal language makes more than 1000 words.
Moreover, it happened to be her mother's in law birthday. She called us downstairs to celebrate together with the whole family. We had delicious fruits and birthday cake. The cherry on top was her elder son playing the piano (a romantic song for me and my husband).
Couldn't make us happier.

Good location, nice room, feels like you are in your house, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around, safe neighborhoods. Bích very friendly and she invited me and other guest for a dinner with her family the night before TET, the vietnamese new year. Thank you Bích.

Bích has a really nice family and a nice house. If you wish to experience Hanoi in a location where there are few tourists but still very safe, this is the place for you.
