Annie is hospitable, lively, clean and a very good cook. Her house, located in a quiet neighbourhood, felt like a home away from home.

Ann is a really nice person, greate sense of humor and always available to help their guests and, of course, she's the best cooker ever!
I stayed four months with her and I'm sure I could not have made a better choice! I'm really glad that I had booked with you Ann.
I wish you all the best for life!
Thanks for everything Ann. :x

November 2018
Bad experience with Ann and her daughter.
I went to Bristol (really cute city) and I stayed for 1 month (October) in his home.
At the begining I was really comfortable, jokes and laugh but at the end was the worst experience ever (and I have been in differents homestays in Liverpool, and London..).In the middle of the month I told her that I wanted to look for a job on November, and she told me that in November you will stay with my daughter in his home, I accepted.
THE BIG PROBLEM
I arrived to the daughter's home and started sending CV to different companies..but one day Ann sent me a message telling me I can't use the address in the CV because I was illegal in his home (she didn't pay my stay taxes) and she could have problems with the Government.
I was angry because the only condition was I wanted to send CV to work and she told me that....(17 years hosting students/people...)
I talked about that to my flatmate(student) and I said all this problem, he understood really bad my explanation... and the day after, he told to Ann that I wanted to go to the Government to explain my situation...
Ann spoke with her daughter and she on 20th November told me I should leave the home..and now i am in my country..( I expected to stay around 6 month in Bristol..but...)I don't know people's experience but this has been the worst experience ever ...I am very very disappointed ...

Nina

Ann was a chatty friendly person who really looks after her customers. Nothing was to much trouble and the food was excellent. I cannot fault my stay with her and I would certainly go back anytime. Well done Annie and thanks for the sandwiches when I left, nice touch Phil

Annie was an amazing and a very, caring, helpful and responsive host (even before the trip!). Her hospitality made our Valentine trip truly memorable. We really had been provided with more than we were ever expecting and we're hugely grateful for Annie's generous welcome.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
