Our house is located within walking distance of Coogee beach, the University of NSW (UNSW), the spot (with the Ritz Cinema) and the Randwick Hospital (5min). There is one bus directly to city centre (approx. 20min), Circular Quay(Opera House), Bondi and Maroubra. We are also an approx. 20min car drive from the International Airport. We would also be happy to provide local information. In Australia, rental fee is calculated by a week not by a month(the web site for a month fee) is not accurate.

About the Area
Our house is located on the eastern suburb from the city centre(3km) and only 15 mins drive from the airport. The bus stops only 3 min away from the house. You can walk to beach with towel and walk back to home for shower on summer day. Our neighbour enjoys early morning swimming in the ocean.

Josephines place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants and beach. The place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Josephine and the hole family were also very helpful since the first contact, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it! I felt like home.

We felt that he is the part of our family,too. He gave me the advice how to deal with our youngest son, 16 years old and he is really caring. Recently I noticed he tried studying hard.

It was wonderful place and nice room. We can go to coogee beach by walk and it was awesome. Josephine was very kind and she always cared about me. She told me about Sydney and also helped me with my stay in Sydney.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
