Nuestra casa está ubicada entre Russafa y la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, muy cercana al Jardín del Turia y a tan solo 12 minutos andando de la Estación de ferrocarril. Muy bien conectada por bus con el centro de la ciudad y con las playas.

Genial que vengáis a casa, aquí estaréis muy bien. Algunas cosas que debes saber antes de venir es que nosotros vivimos en la planta baja por lo que esperamos que respetes la privacidad y el tiempo de descanso. Muchos invitados preguntan por una salida tardía. No hay problema si dejas tus maletas en la planta baja, en la entrada, después de liberar la habitación antes de las 10 am. Conserva tus llaves y déjalas en la mesa de la entrada cuando te vayas definitivamente. Se considerará check out las 12 am.

Une adresse à éviter. Les gens sont tristes et particulièrement froids. Le logement était propre mais complètement archaïque. Pas de frigo, pas de plaque chauffante, juste une micro onde. L'eau chaude alimenté par une chauffe-eau gaz 125 millithermie largement insuffisant pour une douche, pas de clim, une salle de bain vétuste hors norme électrique. Nous avons eu quand même une salade et une bouteille de vin pour notre repas du soir. Enfin pour finir sur une note positive, le logement est proche du centre ville : ligne 6.

Paco and Paula were really nice hosts and made us feel very welcome. They provided us with tips on what to do in the city.
The bedroom was big with a separate bathroom and a kitchen. It was extremely clean and everything you needed was provided. We had our own seperate space upstairs. I would recommend people to stay. We were very pleased that we stayed there.April 2023
J'ai été très bien accueillie par Paula et Paco. Ce sont des personnes très aimables et serviables. J'ai pu utiliser la chambre à coucher qui est à l'étage, en tout indépendance. Il y a même un balcon et une petite cuisine avec four à micro-ondes. Seulement le frigidaire est à partager. C'est vraiment un endroit très agréable et près du quartier Russafa et du centre ville, parfait pour découvrir Valencia.

Paco e Paula sono molto gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti a dare utili consigli. La loro casa è comodissima, pulita e accogliente, un'ottima base per una bellissima vacanza a Valencia. Grazie di cuore

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
