Mi apartamento tiene el encanto de lo antiguo. Muy soleada, está situado en el cuarto piso en un área ventilada y vivir cerca de todo lo que París tiene para ofrecer. En cuestión de minutos, se puede caminar en los jardines de Luxemburgo. Varias líneas de metro y autobuses que te llevan en menos de 15 minutos a los monumentos más populares, Notre Dame, la Torre Eiffel, el Louvre, el museo de Orsay ... Cerca hay restaurantes, tiendas ... Florencia está jubilado, ama acomodar invitados durante la noche y compartir con ellos su conocimiento de París.

Mi apartamento está situado en la orilla izquierda de París, en el animado barrio de Montparnasse, barrio de artistas! En cuestión de minutos, se puede caminar en los jardines de Luxemburgo. Varias líneas de metro y autobuses le llevará en menos de 15 minutos a los monumentos más populares, Notre Dame, la Torre Eiffel, el Louvre, el museo de Orsay ... Cerca hay restaurantes, tiendas y ... como teatros y cines.

I really enjoyed staying with Florence. She was very welcoming and helpful in every way and made me feel at home in Paris. The area is also very convenient and interesting. I would not hesitate to recommend this homestay and would love to return.

My daughter and I shared the Yellow Room in June 2015 and had a wonderful time. The location is VERY convenient to the Paris metro; the room was very comfortable; and Florence greeted us each morning with hot coffee, orange juice and croissants! :) The information Florence was able to provide about the area museums also helped us decide which ones to visit. While we were not able to use his services, Florence's son-in-law does private guides of Paris, so be sure and ask about him if you are interested in a more personal exploration of this beautiful city. We are very pleased with these accommodations and recommend Florence's homestay to anyone interested in visiting Paris.

I had a wonderful time stay in Paris with Florence. We had a lots of fun conversations and she is always willing to help you for anything. Her apartment is very artistic and there are many little decorations and flowers which make me fell very warm and enjoyed living here with her. Also the metro station and train station in just right down the neighborhoods which is super convenience. Can't describe how amazing she is and I will definitely visit her again next time in Paris.

Florence was a wonderful & helpful host, the apartment is in a great area within a short walk to St Germain & the Latin quarter, and I had a very comfortable bed in a quiet room!

What a great first homestay experience! I am glad that I have spent my first three weeks in Paris at Florence's apartment. I felt very comfortable and safe in the apartment and in the 14th arrondissement. With the close metro station and the train, you get around in Paris very well. Florence was always there for me, gave me helpful advice and helped me whenever I needed her assistance.
I can definitely recommend staying at Florence's apartment.

My husband and I spent a great time in Paris. We liked the apartment, its location and flat facilities. Florence was very nice host and it was pleasure to meet her.

A friend and I stayed with miss Noel for about two weeks, an I can honestly say that we had an amazing stay. Other than being hosted by someone that was kind and ready to help in anyway possible, the house was adorable and well centered, with plentyiful options regarding nourishment and metro service. We had a wonderful time, and if we were ever to stay in Paris again, we'd definitely ask Miss Florence to stay with her again.

I stayed with Florence for one month mid May - mid June attending a language school. Staying with her was a great experience. She is very kind and helpful. She gave me many helpful advice and suggestions from metro lines to places for shopping and sightseeing. She even spoke French to me at times to help me improve my French. The location is great next to the metro and 5 minutes walk to the train station which was great when I traveled to other provinces. I was so pleased with my stay at her apartment that I commanded her to my daughter and she will be staying with her in 2 weeks when she visits Paris.
