We are a young family of four. My husband, our two young sons and myself. We have a wonderful hypoallergenic Labradoodle dog. She die NOT have access to the guest space unless guest request to see her or play with her. She is lovely! We have a specious brand new home. The rooms we offer have lot of light and are fully furnished.
Rooms start at $50.00 per night (depending on the season) all utilities included.
We live in a beautiful family orientated neighbor hood. We are just 20 min away from downtown Vancouver by skytrain.
We are looking to host respectful adults who are open to experiencing and appreciating the Canadian culture and our young family. Email us for more pictures.

Notre maison est située dans une banlieue calme et sûr. Nous sommes juste un rapide 15 minutes en bus des grandes Metropolis at Metrotown Mall. L'arrêt de bus se trouve à 5 minutes à pied. La station de Skytrain la plus proche est la station Edmonds. Rapide 20 minutes sur le skytrain vous apportera à notre magnifique centre-ville de Vancouver ou ailleurs, vous voudrez peut-être aller. Si vous louez une voiture, nous sommes à seulement 7 minutes en voiture de l'autoroute et vos options de voyage sont infinies à partir de là :)

Repas
Les hôtes peuvent offrir un petit déjeuner léger gratuit si ils/elles le souhaitent. Les petit déjeuner complet, et tous les autres repas (si votre hôte souhaite les fournir), pourront coûter un prix additionnel. Les repas et les paiements additionnels doivent être arranger avec vote hôte directement.

House Rules
Check in is at noon (12pm) and check out is at 10am.
Deposit is $300 per room and must be payed four (4) weeks before arrival. the deposit is a security deposit and damage deposit in one. This will be refunded in full to you the guest given that there is no damage to the property or otherwise.
Fourteen (14) days cancellation notice is required in order to get your deposit back. If less than fourteen (14) days notice is given, no refund amount will be given back. Complete the deposit via My Paypal only.
Full payment for the stay must be payed minimum ten (10) days before arrival via PayPal.
Long term stays (anything 3 months or more) must pay deposit $300.00 (before arrival-same as above), first months rent and last months rent.
Long stay commitments (anything over 3 months stay) a 30 day move out notice is required.
Guests are responsible to clean their own room. Access to the host must be give one time a month to ensure that the room is kept in an orderly, clean and safe manner. This is for the health and safety of all guests and hosts.
No meals included, sorry. However, a fully equipped kitchen is provided for all guests (just bring your own food).
Smoking is not allowed.
Respectful adults only. NO smoking, NO vaping, drugs or alcohol. NO pets. NO guests.
No exceptions will be made, sorry.

The following will be found in your Home guidelines booklet upon arrival:
DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN
Please wash your dishes after each meal. Don’t eat or touch the other guest’s food.
Make sure to always turn off the heating elements and stove if you used it. ALWAYS use the fan when cooking.
Keep the fridge clean. If you spill something clean it up immediately. Do not keep food for a long time in the fridge and make sure that your food is always covered with surround wrap or foil.
Please clean the floor is you spill something or sweep it if you drop something. Do not throw garbage into the sink.
In order to respect your fellow guest and hosting family there will be no cooking use after 9pm. Warming food up and eating it quietly is fine just no big cook offs please. The kitchen is next to a guest room and right under the hosts bedroom
House quite time is from 10pm to 8am.
IN THE BEDROOM
Pleas don’t have food or drinks in your room (we do not want to get ants or mice in the house). Water is absolutely fine.
For extended periods of stay (over two weeks) you must clean your room once a week please (suggestion: Saturday or Sunday). We offer a cleaning service for a $30.00 a clean.
No wet shoes and umbrellas in the bedroom as it creates mold. Keep music, or loud activities down in your bedroom after 10pm. This is important so you respect your fellow guests and hosting family.
We can store your language in the garage to allow you to have more space in your bedroom if you wish.
Absolutely no burning of candles and/or incense!
IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM
You will find a laundry basket in the room for your convenience. Please wash no more then one load of laundry per week, unless you have an laundry
emergency.
We will happily provide you with the detergent for short term stay (under two weeks). Please always remember to clean out the dryer vent out, if you do not it can set on fire.
In order to respect your fellow guests there will be NO use of laundry after 8pm unless you have a laundry emergency.
IN THE BATHROOM
Please tidy the bathroom after you use it daily so that other guests can enjoy a clean space too. Limit showers to no longer then 15 minutes. Please preserve water. Please do not take baths – it wastes too much water. Make sure the shower curtain is closed fully to avoid flooding the bathroom. Always have the fan on when you are in the bathroom. This will help with the air circulation. Please do not use or touch other guest’s belongings. We have provided each guest with bath towels and hand towels.
YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Damage deposit must be provided before arrival. Should you break or damage anything in the home/property, your bedroom, laundry room bathroom or otherwise your damage deposit will not be returned.
Lost house key will cost $100.00. Lost room key will cost $30.00.
Reminder: No visitors please, no alcohol, no smoking, no parties, no drugs, no pets, no disrespect or aggression toward our house, our family or other guests.
***We reserve the right to ask a guest(s) to leave our home immediately if the above rules are violated***

Sandra and Anthony are the most welcoming and caring host I have ever met! The place is extremely clean and they always try to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. They make you feel like you are a part of family and they are very responsive to your enquiry or needs. Perfect location which is quiet but also accessible to most parts of the city.

I'm very grateful for having met Sandra and her family. My stay at their home couldn't have been better. Sandra is very sweet and caring. Her home is always clean and she makes sure we have a safe and comfortable place to live. She cares about each of her guests and is available whenever you need help or just want to talk. Anthony is very nice and helpful. The kids are very sweet and funny. It's always great to spend some time with them. Thank you, Sandra! I appreciate everything you've done to help me. I'll miss your hospitality and spending time with you and your family.

I like your hospitality,generosity in receiving (me) your guests.I'am glad that I had beautiful place/room to stay in.The room is clean, neat and perfectly furnished with necessary modern amenities. I had relaxed, sound sleep after 20-24 hrs of long journey (India to Canada).
The neighborhood is very calm, quiet, backyard is clean and green. Your kids are adorable, I admire your beautiful family.Thank you for helping me in providing with what ever I'am in need even in your busy schedule. The neighbor guest is very friendly and polite.I really appreciate your great work for providing stay/shelter to people who are very new to Canada. Please keep up the good work.
