We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 15 and 20 years. I am at home full time and I mind up to 4 dogs in my house for overnight stays. . We live small cul de sac in a house estate on the suburbs of Limerick city with a bus stop very close to us that takes you to the city and crescent shopping centre. We are in a 20 minute cycling or 40 walking distance of University of Limerick along a lovely canal pathway. Ideal we are looking for a student for June, July and August. Room as been changed and now has 2 single beds and not the double in the picture. I do not provide any meals there is a fridge for your personal use and you can use the kitchen to cook in when we are not using it.

We are on the border of Limerick and Clare. 30 mins walk into the city with a bus route also.
We have shops across the road. Nice quiet area.

I had a very nice time at Geraldines place. Everything was perfect, the room, the family is very friendly and also the area. The room is nice, spacious and clean, with private bathroom and desk.

The host cancelled the booking 3 days before the arrival date.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
