Mi chiamo Behnam. Lavoro in una libreria a Shiraz. Mia moglie è un ingegnere informatico e anche una cuoca perfetta. Ci piace incontrare e parlare con i nostri ospiti e organizzare delle sorprese per loro. Il nostro appartamento è composto da 2 camere pulite che si trova nel centro della città di Shiraz. Diamo il benvenuto ai nostri ospiti con il tè. Bere diversi tipi di tè nella nostra casa è gratuito. Se i miei ospiti vogliono pranzare e cenare, possiamo preparare cibo fatto in casa con soli 3 dollari (cibo iraniano comprese bevande e insalata). Posso anche trasferire e guidare i miei ospiti a Pasargadae, Persepolis, Naqshe-rostam (Necropoli) e portarli in altre città come Yazd ed Esfahan.

Bere tè e caffè è gratuito. Uso gratuito anche di TV, frigorifero e cucina a gas. Consideriamo asciugamani privati per i nostri ospiti. Il servizio in camera è alle 11:00 ed è gratuito.
La colazione è locale e perfetta che include molti pasti come miele, marmellata fatta in casa, formaggio, tè, uova, latte, dolci ecc. Se i nostri ospiti hanno prenotato la casa per più di 1 notte e sono rimasti solo una notte (di alcuni motivo desidera effettuare il check-out), verrà considerato il tasso di cancellazione del 20%.
La lavatrice costa 2 euro.

Behnam and Zohreh were more than hosts, they became great friends. They helped us get to know Iran and helped us with the everyday challenges for a foreigner. Behnam accompanied us as a Guide through Persepolis and surroundings, he knows everything about the History of Iran and left us immersed in the charms of Persia. Zohreh presented us with wonderful typical food. Both were very kind and helpful and treated us like family.

Fantastic place with the lovely people! The best accomodation and hospitality you can can imagine in Shiraz. We really appreciate deep Behnam knowledge, feeling like at home experience and all the heart and help he and his wife gave to us. Highly recommended place for those who would like to feel and understand the essence of Iran and for the families like our (with 6 years old son) to rest and enjoy Shiraz city!

Benham and his wife Zohre are very kind and humble people. Benham speaks very good english and some french as well, and is very passionate about history. He can drive you to Persepolis and Necropolis and give you many information if you wish to. Thank you a lot to both of you for being so helpful with me, you are the epitome of Iranian hospitality.

I made a new friend in Shiraz. We stayed at the house of Behnam for three nights and enjoyed very much our stay. His very kind mother was there to help us all the time with what we may need. Our room was very spacious and it had a good working AC. We enjoyed our sleep there during these three nights.
On second day Behnam took us on a tour of Persepolis, Nekropolis and Pasargadae. It was a fantastic experience for me and one of the best tours I had in Iran. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the monuments he is showing and he has a way of keeping the interest high during the tour with his sense of humour. Also I found the tour perfectly organized from his side he had thought of everything we may need.

Kindest host I ever had! If you stay in Behnam's house, with his wonderful family, you will enjoy incredible hospitality. They will help you to see Shiraz and surrounding in a way you could not imagine. You will feel a spirit of ancient Persian civilization :)

Behnam was our first host in Iran and honestly we couldn't ask for a better one. He picked us from the airport and from that moment we felt like we found a new friend. Ben is warm, bright, attentive walking encyclopedia. During the time we spent together, we learnt so much about history, customs and gastronomy of Iran, but the most valuable thing was that we felt like part of the family and local society that surround us. Our strong recommendations and kind regards. Hvala za sve!
