I have a lovely comfortable home. It is located 30 minutes by the no 9 bus to the city centre. The area is nice and quiet. It is very spacious and guest will be very welcome in my home. I have two children aged 15 and 14 that live with me who are very friendly. I also have a lovely morkie dog Lola and a new addition Millie who is a bichon frais. The house is near a lovely park, pub close by and beside bus stop which goes directly into city centre. guests can use kitchen facilities once they wash and clean up after themselves.. Guest are welcome to use washing machine one laundry bag per week if they have more washing their is laundry facilities close by. I ask guests to be quiet at night time as other guests in house. Nice area out in the garden to relax.

Guests can smoke in designated area
Shower to be used once per day between hours 930 am and 1030 pm max 15 to 20 mins.
Please keep your bathroom supplies in your bedroom.
Payment non refundable unless in special circumstances. Please pay full amount on arrival please or if otherwise agreed. If agreed monthly please pay first payment on date you arrived and then therefore monthly on that date each month.
Two weeks notice of termination to be given if your currently staying if not couple of days will be sufficient.
Please provide your own towels but they can be provided if required.
At night and in morning please be as quiet as you can other quests could be resting.
One bag of clothes can be washed per week (bag provided) if you have more laundry than that their is a number of laundry facilities locally. You need to use your own washing tablets. Use washing machine after 9pm
You cannot bring guests home unless its checked with me first.
No loud music or noise at night as other people may be sleeping.
Recycling bin in kitchen you can put any plastics, card and other recycled material in it. Also bin provided in kitchen for household waste. Please provide your own Tupperware if required (as previous guests) took it.
You can use kitchen but any item you use needs to be washed and put away.
Please ensure that you turn of lights when not in use.
You can use my address for personal post only ie from family not offical agencies.

Elaine is so kind and helpful, the best homestay host you can find! and the house is really nice and cozy! If you are visiting Dublin I highly recommend to stay with her and her lovely family (The two little dogs included).

I enjoyed staying with Elaine, a very dear family always ready to help. Everything is as in the description. Shopping, fast food and the bus station in walking distance, very quiet and peaceful location. I can only recommend Elaine's stay.

I stayed with Elaine for 6 weeks and it was amazing. The whole family made me feel really comfortable, and their dogs were super cute. I would definitely stayed longer with her if it wasnt too far from my college. Highly recommend ❤❤❤

Elaine and her family are more than lovely. She always cares about people feel good in her home. They are very open and friendly and there is a huge green park in the area. I highly recommend It.

Elaine's family is wonderful! Really cozy house and you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. The kids are amazing, I had so much fun staying here and I would come back without any hesitation! Lovely family, lovely home, lovely neighborhood! Thank you so much! :D
