I padroni di casa Jeanette e Grant Davidson, risiedono da molto tempo nella città di Lower Hutt, abbiamo un'ottima conoscenza della regione di Wellington e del Wairarapa che amiamo condividere con gli ospiti. Abbiamo viaggiato molto e goduto di esperienze fantastiche, miriamo a garantire ai nostri ospiti un soggiorno meraviglioso e memorabile con noi.
Siamo situati nel cuore di Lower Hutt, a circa 20 minuti a nord di Wellington CBD. Siamo a 5-7 minuti a piedi dal centro di Lower Hutt ea 5-7 minuti a piedi nella direzione opposta alla stazione ferroviaria di Waterloo, che ha un collegamento diretto con il Westpac Stadium (eventi) e la città di Wellington (il viaggio in treno a Wellington impiega circa 15-20 minuti e si ferma proprio fuori dallo stadio). La stazione ferroviaria di Wellington è adiacente alla bellissima zona del lungomare con molti ristoranti, bar e attività.
Abbiamo una bella casa in una posizione molto bella. I nostri ospiti godono dell'uso esclusivo del piano superiore compreso; camera da letto con letto queen size, salotto - dotato di TV da 50" con pacchetto Sky completo e divano letto pieghevole su richiesta. Bagno privato con doccia e vasca e un piccolo angolo studio. Disponibile anche la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. L'angolo ha un piccolo frigorifero (con acqua e latte in bottiglia complementari) che può essere utilizzato per conservare bevande, cibo ecc.
C'è un cortile privato sul retro dove gli ospiti possono divertirsi a loro piacimento.

La nostra casa si trova a 1,1 km dal Queensgate Mall (il più grande centro commerciale nella regione di Wellington con oltre 140 negozi) e dal centro di Lower Hutt. Siamo a 900 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria di Waterloo, che ha collegamenti diretti per la città di Wellington. Siamo in una zona molto bella e la casa è impostata ben lontano dalla strada, ha finestre con doppi vetri quindi c'è rumore minimo.

It was a joy to arrive at such spacious and immaculate accommodation, where our hosts had paid such attention to detail and provided everything we could possibly need during our stay, including delicious breakfasts, heating and cooling, and a very comfy bed. A quiet and peaceful location which was central to shops, a train station and great cafes.
Jeanette and Grant were incredibly welcoming and accomodating and were helpful when we approached them for local knowledge. We thoroughly enjoyed our friendly chats.
Everything was simply perfect - many thanks Jeanette and Grant. x

Grant and Jeanette are amazing hosts. Myself and a friend stayed with them for 5 1/2 months while we student taught in New Zealand. We had our own space upstairs including two rooms, a bathroom and a spot for our food which also had a mini fridge and microwave. Their home is overall beautiful, very welcoming and in a great area. Their place is located near the train station, so you can easily make your way into Wellington. Since we were so far away from home, they did a great job welcoming us in and making us feel like we had a home away from home. We enjoyed sitting down and getting to know Grant and Jeanette, they are very easy to get along with. Also, Grant and Jeanette have traveling experience and they know the ins and outs of New Zealand. They were always willing to provide us with tips and ideas when it came to traveling. We would recommend their place to anyone who will be staying in the Lower Hutt area and hopefully in the future we are able to come back and visit.

It was a marvelous time with Jeanette and Grant, they are absolutely great. They are friendly and helpful and really create home away from home. House itself is beautiful, guests have whole storey just for them. If you don't know what to do or where to go, they can always give you an advise. It's very safe, even for a young women travelling alone. I'm very glad that I had a chance to meet them.

Grant and Jeanette are great hosts, They provided a lovely peaceful place to stay, spacious rooms, very clean and modern. Close proximity to Queensgate Mall and to Waterloo train station both only short walking distance away.

Grant & Jeanette are a fabulous couple their B&B is very clean and tidy.They are very welcoming and have thought of all the little extra's to make your stay enjoyable.No street noise at all I would definitely stay there again if i'm down that way. If there is anything to improve on maybe with summer coming the only suggestion I would have is blinds/curtains to keep out the early light.

Immaculate and comfortable with own separate bathroom, and tv lounge. Small fridge, electric jug and dishes were adequate for me. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Grant and Jeanette were more than welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel at home. They contacted me several times before my stay to get an idea of what I would enjoy doing in New Zealand. They were thoughtful and caring people who went the extra mile in making my experience fantastic! They showed me around the local area and gave tips for exploring other places. They even picked me up from the airport and took me to the train station. My stay was a pleasant one with many fond memories. Thank you Grant and Jeanette.
