You will share our lovely tropical home with Mum and my 3 young adult children. The children are all bilingual so French is spoken regularly.
The home is 2 storey with kitchen, living and 2 bedroom and a bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge room and laundry downstairs.
The room available is downstairs and bathroom shared with 1 female. You have your own access.

About the Area
Our house is located south of the river, in a lovely neighbourhood, 20 minutes to the city and easy access to the Gateway Motorway for easy access to the airport, Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast. We are a 3 minute walk to the Cannon Hill bus interchange and shopping center. It is a easy 15 min walk to the train station.

House Rules
We would love to offer a female student a warm welcoming Australian home to enjoy while studying. We expect to be treated with respect, it is not a party house but your most welcome to have a friend over for a swim, bbq or chill together!
We all share the cooking of 5 evening meals and enjoy sitting together to catch up on the days events over dinner. Breakfast and lunch are available from the pantry.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
