It is my home and we love to provide hospitality with my husband, we have nearby supermarkets, businesses, restaurants, near the Arauco Maipu mall, 15 minutes maximum from Santiago Airport, we can take trips to go to Camping, prepare drinks, I was a barwoman, we can make barbecues at my house, you can offer additional service of washing clothes, ironing, cooking, taking them in cars in the afternoons wherever they want to go out, scheduling trips to the coast for a walk, I have a fully air-conditioned car 2014 Renault Symbol 1.6 Privilege. Sedan, Engine. 4 Cyl, 1.6 Benzine, which I can also pick up and/or leave at the airport only for the sum of $18,000 for each trip. USD23. I also do transport trips. I have an A3 professional license.

House Rules
It is shared with a young couple who are located on the first floor, bedrooms on the second floor, a 1.5 medium bed, measurements 110X190CM, it has blankets suitable for winter and summer. Second bedroom with a single bed, from 3 people there is an additional charge of $30,000.-, a private bathroom shared in both bedrooms, private minibar, access to occupy an additional kitchen, residential condominium, green areas, cameras, exterior security in condominium and both floors from the house, quiet, machines and games for children. Smoking is prohibited inside the house, only in the patio, check in from 4:00 p.m., other times prior coordination as long as it is not rented, check out maximum 12:00 PM. Do not stain towels or sheets with anything that cannot be washed, do not leave wet towels lying on the bed. You can't have parties with loud music

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
