The house is located in a middle class neighborhood in the city of Puerto Montt, has two cozy bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub and shower, hot water, large yard where they can do grills, ample parking, especially for young people who want spend a few days in this city and roam around, as is minutes Angelmo Bay locomotion and transfers it to the door to the center of the city in less than 10 minutes bus station where minibuses are all around as : Puerto Varas, Llanquihue, Frutillar, Puerto Octay, Pelluco Caleta La Arena where you can continue to Hornopiren via Ferry (southern highway).

About the Area
My house is located about six miles from downtown, in a neighborhood Mirasol sector at the end of The Notros Bosquemar called Barrio, which has direct locomotion center terminal and just 10 minutes in the sector we have several private businesses and shops just 5 minutes, with large green areas, playgrounds and wide avenues for exercise. The airport is 20 minutes from the house.

House Rules
It is important in all respect and maintain clean premises, smoking is not allowed inside the house and having parties with drugs and alcohol, but only for the accommodation and domestic use. Pets are not allowed, they are free to use but leave the kitchen clean and tidy.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
