Hi there. I’m living in a 3 bedroom house with my husband n there’s a room available in our house. We loved living here because it’s close to where I work. Lovely area to live in. Very quiet and peaceful area too. Neighbours mind their own bussiness and keep to themselves we say hi to each other when we bump in to each other they’re also friendly neighbours. In our 3 bedroom house we don’t use the main bathroom and toilet as we have our own in the En-suite room. There’s 3 doors to enter in the house, The front door is where you can enter as me and my husband always go through the back door to enter the house every time. You can do whatever you want when you stay with us, we can share the kitchen and the lounge whenever you want to relax and chill with us or anytime you want. We are friendly couples and would love to welcome anyone that will stay with us for long term.
Our house is near all amenities: Manukau, Otara, Dawson Rd shopping Centres, MIT, AUT, Super markets, restaurants n bars, Mc Donald’s, KFC and all sorts of dining areas. I’m looking for a long term boarder and willing to help anytime needed when I’m available. I work full time and my husband stayed home full time because he had a heart valve replaced 2 years ago which makes him unfit to work full time. He’s quiet, shy a helpful and friendly man too.

Our house is located in Flatbush Rd, Manukau, Auckland. A nice and quiet area. Only 2 people living in this 3 bedroom house. .
Near the field. Close to all amenities in Manukau Otara and Dawson Rd. Very handy place too. Me and my husband are private couples, we do things together like going out when we want to and we mind our own bussiness.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
