Chris and Marie wish to welcome you to their new villa set in a quiet condominium in the Village of Aldeia de Irmaos near Azeitao in Portugal. Guests have access to a Double Bedroom, a Large Livingroom, a Kitchen & Dining area. The bedroom has an Ensuite Bath/Shower room and 2 Sun Patios. We can accommodate children under 2 years free of charge in a cot.

About the Area
Aldeia de Irmaos, Azeitao is a beautiful traditional Portuguese village. It is close to the Arribada National Park (5 mins drive) and is in one of Portugal's most famous wine and cheese producing areas. There are several Adegas (wineries) in the area with guided tours and a glass or two, to taste at the end of your tour. Located next to the sea, between Setúbal and the fishing town of Sesimbra, Arrábida Natural Park has incomparable natural beauty, where the blue of the sea alternates with the white tones of the chalk cliffs and the depths of the green vegetation that covers the mountain range. Palmela, Setubal and Sesimbra have ancient castles open to the public. Sesimbra (15 mins by car) is a Portuguese holiday resort with beaches and restaurants, Setubal is a fishing port with a ferry to Troia, famous for golf and Dolfin spotting. Restaurants throughout the whole area are famous for their fish dishes, with deep-fried squid and barbecued sardines the specialities of the area. On the first Sunday of each month, the local market is held near the village, here you will find lots of local produce and experience a lovely Portuguese tradition.

Payment (balance) must be made before arrival by Paypal or Cash on arrival
A deposit of 15% must be made by Paypal on confirmation of booking.
The deposit will be refunded if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before arrival. We currently abide by Homestay refund policy due to Covid-19
Suitable for infants (under 2 years) a Free cot is provided.
Not suitable for pets.
No smoking in the house but Ok in the garden or Balcony
No parties or events, Adult Guests must be over 18 years

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
