We sell this house as a unit. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. 4person can sleep .1 king size bed, 1 Queen size bed.

I am a Sri Lankan and worked in Aboard for more than 22 yrs the Hotels and Hospitality Industry. Certified ST .John Ambulance London (Prince of Wales) District Life Saver Emergency Aid for Babies & Children. Also Certified First Aid & CPR in Dubai AL -Hilal Hospital. I speak English. Vero Homestay is a place for the whole family or couples and Medical Electives. Besides the property there is a Jungle. Property having good privacy & covered by high Walls. Enjoy your holidays here. The Property is located 500 M away from Karapitiya Teaching Hospital & the Ruhuna Medical Faculty. Quiet place and greenery Environment. All infrastructural facilities are available. Ideal for Medical Students, Tourists, Solo Travelers. Staying in this place will get the unique experience of the jungle with huge trees, watching the variety of birds singing over a buzzing city. It's Hassle and bustle-free location with a nice view. Long stay guests(more than 3 days) have pay the Electricity bill. When guest want to book two Rooms then will give 10% discount.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 4 km from the city center and only 2hr drive from the airport via Southern Express way E01
The bus stop is only 4 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop. The coast is a 7 minute drive.
The area is full of trendy cafes, and restaurants as well as some nice fashion boutiques and specialist shops.

“No candles. without inattention. Please switch off all the Fans and Lights when you leave the house. NO OUTSIDERS ALLOWED OR NO THIRD PARTY ENTERTAIN THE HOUSE.ONLY REGISTERED PEOPLE CAN STAY THE PLACE.NO events and parties But any Special events can be discus with the homestay owner.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
