I am a government school teacher for primary education . My wife also English teacher We have 2 daughters. They are age 11 and 13 years old.We are living upstair. We rent out our ground floor . It has 2 large bed rooms ,one small bed room ,living room , dining area , 1 bath room with hot water , Small bed room can be turn to study room or office room easily. Kitchen has microwave oven , gas cooker, fridge, toaster, blender,rice cooker, ceramic wear and cooking poats. all rooms has ceiling fans and mosquito nets ,Ground floor is fully separate from upstair. There are Washing machine, hammock ,outdoor dining area, children bicycle . You have separate entrance. You’ll love my place because of the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, the coziness, and especially helpful hosting. children can play safely in the beautiful garden. You can see a number of birds and listing to their songs early morning. You can enjoy uncommon traditional food and drinks without artificial essentials. Breakfast available on your request.We like to fix AC machine for master bed room on long term booking request .

About the Area
Our house is located 900m on the country side from Kumarakanda junction. There are 4.5Km to Hikkaduwa city center. and 12.5Km to Galle historical city.You can get public transportation to anywhere from Kumarakanda junction. 900m to Kumarakanda railway station and bus stop. 10 minutes walk to kumarakanda from our house . There is a beautiful lagoon near our house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
