You are welcome to stay at our sunny bungalow situated in the hills above the town in a place called Chelston. We are between Chelston and Cockington a wonderful scenic village a must to visit. Probably 15 mins walk to either the village or the seafront. We have parking for 2 - 3 cars on our driveway. There is a tiny sea peep in our garden and a lovely sitting area in the sun or sheltered under our log cabin roof. Our room is a clean, quiet, cosy attic room with twin beds and a good size. Our place is clean and tidy, we like to keep it that way for everyone who stays. There is a nice lounge and dining room for you to use. A kingsize bedroom, a family bathroom and two further bedrooms including an attic twin room. You will find us to be considerate and helpful about what Torquay has to offer. We will go out of our way to see you enjoy your stay in our home. There is parking for at least 2 cars on the driveway. We have ultra fast Fibre broadband too.

About the Area
Nestled behind Nut Bush Lane which leads to Chelston shops one way and towarss the Torquay bypass. The House is high up in the road with views over to the town and St Mary Church. Its a walk to the local post office and bust stop. Hospital is 5 mins drive as is town and to the bypass. Its a quiet road with parking on street and enough space on our drive (its on a slope) for two cars.

House Rules
We like Shoes to be removed near front door. We like the bathroom to be left as clean as you found it. After cooking please wash up. lease be quiet after 11pm.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
