A few miles north of DownTown Los Angeles puts you right in the middle of the city with easy access in all directions. The available room(s) are both downstairs, each has a bathroom and very private. My son and I live upstairs. One room has a King bed and attached bathroom. The other room is small with a comfortable, roomy queen bed and a bathroom just across from it. There is a small separate lounge and kitchen area too.

About the Area
The house is a 100 year old Craftsman nestled in the mountains north of Los Angeles. It is freeway close to the 5 freeway, the 101 freeway, the 10 freeway and the 110 highway. less than a half mile to the A line train station and close to downtown puts you in the middle of the city in 3 stops. The location is central to all of Southern California with most attractions less than an hour away no matter what time of day or amount of traffic.

House Rules
This is our home and as such the rules are quiet and no smoking. The kitchen is a full kitchen but we request you keep cooking to basics only and no frying, baking or other complicated cooking techniques as the area is shared.
The room is in a private part of the house and only shares part of the time. There is an extra Television. We request no partying, loud music and especially there is no smoking in or around the house as we are located on a hillside and therefore has a higher fire danger.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
