House Rules
house rules: (1)Smoking or the use of any recreational drugs including cannabis is NOT allowed inside the house. (2)You have to do your own laundry, maximum 2 times in a week. (3)You will be provided keys for the house and the complex, if you lose you shall pay replacement costs. (4)Sleepovers are not allowed. (5)(Only with meal plan)Host MUST be informed if you come home late or skipping dinner, missed meals are not replaced. Meals are served in the following schedule: Breakfast 5-8am; Lunch is packed on weekdays, 12nn-1:30 on weekends; Dinner 6:45-7:30. (6)Rooms are cleaned every Wednesday as may the beddings, however you are responsible to maintain cleanliness and up-keep of your own room. (7)You provide your own toiletries and towels. The bathroom is shared so you have to clean as you go. (8)Shoes are not allowed to be worn inside the house, provide your own indoor slip-on. (9)Clean up after yourself; you mess-you clean, as for your dishes you can either wash by hand or put them in the dishwasher every after meals. (10)Practice recycling, waste must be segregated accordingly, please ask the host how. (11) Silence must be maintained most especially when you are coming home after 10pm. (12) Host must be informed at least 2 weeks prior to early checkout or extension. No refunds for less than 2 weeks stays.Check-out time is 11AM.

I spent 3 weeks with mateo's family, and it was very pleasant. The house is very clean and calm, the family is very kind and very friendly and doesn't hesitate to help if you need help. I highly recommend him.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
