El departamento se encuentra ubicado en un barrio residencial a una cuadra de la estación de tren que en 20 minutos conecta con el centro. Consta de 3 habitaciones disponibles para alojamiento individual. Dos de ellas comparten un baño completo exclusivo para ellos y la tercera tiene baño propio. Tienen TV, ventilador de techo, placa de calefacción, placard, escritorio y silla. Se provee de sabanas y toallas que se renuevan semanalmente y de la limpieza semanal de cada habitación. Los espacios comunes son la sala, el balcón y la cocina. Vivo sola y esta es la casa en la que crié a mis hijos, ahora todos adultos. Me gusta la música, observar aves, tejer, leer, viajar, recibir visitas (a las que les cocino con gusto). Tengo 4 hijos, 7 nietos y hace 15 años que recibo visitantes de todas partes del mundo en mi hogar (Irlanda, Bélgica, Francia, España, Italia, Malasia, México, Perú, Bolivia, Colombia, EEUU, República Dominicana, Venezuela, Cuba, Ecuador, Brasil y Chile). Los espero!
The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood one block away from the train station that connects with the center of the city in 20 minutes. It consists of 3 rooms available for individual accommodation. Two of them share a full bathroom exclusively for them and the third has its own bathroom. They have TV, ceiling fan, heating plate, closet, desk and chair. It is provided with sheets and towels that are renewed weekly and the weekly cleaning of each room. The common spaces are the living room, the balcony and the kitchen. I live alone and this is the house where I raised my children, now all adults. I like music, bird watching, knitting, reading, traveling, receiving visits (for which I cook with pleasure). I have 4 children, 7 grandchildren and for the last 15 years I have been receiving visitors from all over the world in my home (Ireland, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, USA, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Cuba , Ecuador, Brazil and Chile). I'm looking forward to meet you!

About the Area
Mi hogar se encuentra ubicado en la zona de Belgrano R, a una cuadra de la estación de tren que conecta a los pasajeros en menos de 20' con la Estación de Retiro o en menor tiempo con la conexión del subte Línea D. Otras opciones son buses que lo llevan en menos de 15' a Chacarita o Barrancas de Belgrano para otras conexiones. Está situado a 100 metros de la Plaza Castelli que cuenta con una Estación de Eco Bicicletas. La zona es residencial pero es un polo gastronómico y comercial interesante. Es una zona de colegios privados y el tránsito es moderado.
My home is located in Belgrano R neighbourhood, a block away from the train station that connects passengers in less than 20 minutes with the Retiro Station or in less time with D Line subway. Other options are buses that take you in less than 15 minutes to Chacarita or Barrancas de Belgrano for other connections. It is located 100 meters from Plaza Castelli which has an Eco Bicycles Station. The area is residential but has an interesting gastronomic and commercial center. It is an area of private schools and the traffic is moderate.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
