We live in a comfortable apartment with private areas. You can have a chat in the living room or use your computer in the study/reading room and no one might notice or interfere. You can even smoke in the hall, the terrace or the backyard. You can watch films or use the computer til dawn, too!
The apartment has got 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a study/reading room, a living room, an exterior hall, backyard, laundry room and terrace (perfect for a drink on summer afternoons).
Our neighbours are really caring and nice so you should always say 'Good morning/afternoon/evening'
1 minute walk: there are 6 bus lines, taxis and private cars.
15' walk: UBA (University of Buenos Aires)
10' walk: the metro (underground/subway/tube)
1 hour bus: the city bus, trains and other metro lines
10' bus: you can also enjoy a streetcar ride

About the Area
Our house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, 40 minute drive to the airport, a bus from the city centre and 10 blocks from the University of Buenos Aires. You have access to taxi cabs, private cars, 6 bus lines, shuttles and the metro (underground/subway) You can move around the city very easily 24/7.

House Rules
Smoking allowed only outside.
Doors and windows should be locked during day and night, everytime you enter or leave the place.
You can use the kitchen and other rooms in the house as long as you keep them clean and in order, especially when using the bathroom after a shower.
No pets are allowed.
You can stay up late but keep noise at a minimum after midnight.
Do not invite strangers. If you have new friends and you want them round please, ask us first.
If you happen to arrive later than expected one day, please let us know.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
