Hello, I'm Adriana, I live with my son Luh, 18 years old, and our Romeo & Julieta farmers, faithful to their race, are very affectionate and sociable, they are part of our family
The house is very spacious and bright, we have a patio in the front, a very large and cozy living room, an internal patio, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a patio at the back of the house with grill to enjoy a delicious Roasted Creole.

My son, he studies music and plays several instruments, and he composes a music band and a theater cast, that's why we love to listen to music
Luh goes to high school, likes to skate and parkour I work at home where I have attached a local payment service and sale of books and sweets, I practice athletics in my spare time, I am a pitcher
We are in a very typical and folkloric area since it is the neighborhood of Mataderos where every Sunday the artisan fair is held and there are shows of folkloric groups and dance, it is a very safe and quiet neighborhood, where the neighbors we were chatting at the door
There are several public transport lines nearby to go to the different points of the city, we are four blocks from the commercial center of the area

We are in the western part of the city, seven blocks railroad passes, avenues exist very close access to many bus lines and most of them take you to the subway station four blocks is the shopping center where you will find, cafes, restaurants, shopping is a neighborhood with a long history of gauchos, people carriers and field

House Rules
It is a house free of smoke, if you smoke I invite you to do it in one of the patios.
You can use the cicina whenever you want, but remember to leave it as it was, you have place in the refrigerator and you can use the microwave, grill and of course make a barbecue on the grill!
If you receive visitors you can chat in the living room or the front yard, not in the room

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
