I live with my mother Beatriz Cordoba capital, a duplex, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living.garage and large yard and 2 perros.para our guest we have available a private room, but we live in the capital not in downtown area, the neighborhood where we live is very cute we have several stores and several bus lines. I am very interested in meeting people who come meet me Argentina, I love English and I'm willing to learn more along with people who talk! : D I'm a 4 year student career Nutrition at the National School of Cordoba My mom is a retired teacher and is very interested in meeting people from other cultures and languages as well.

About the Area
Our house is hubicada in cordoba capital, but is not a central area, we live a half block from the Av.Recta Martinolli, which is an important avenue where you can find what you need from cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, libraries, etc. Half a block from our house we have different groups that lead to downtown, such as the 13,10,19 and 82.

House Rules
Smoking inside the home, if the yard is not allowed. But no pets in the house. You can make free use of the kitchen but you leave it in complete order when finished. Please we need to be careful with locks and windows of the house for the security of all every time you leave the house. If we want to invite someone to our home, please ask before you consult us. Consider our home as your home. just take care of her.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
