Live in the heart of the beautiful city of Mendoza, in a quiet and silent around the Post Office in the Capital .. Two blocks from the Plaza Spain and five in the Plaza Independencia street. Very safe, is what makes me choose to live there. The department also furnished room has wi-fi, Direct-TV and telephone for local calling to landlines and cell phones. It has a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom with bath, and two bedrooms. The room has alkyl bed and a desk with a locked drawer. The closet has two internal mirrors. Working in a private company and led a quiet life. No mascotas.No smoke but do not mind if they do. I am a vegetarian. I like to meditate and do yoga.

About the Area
My apartment is located just around the Central Post Office. In the capital of Mendoza. Location Infanta Pasaje San Martin, located between Calle San Martín, and 9 de Julio. Two blocks from the Plaza Spain and five in the Plaza Independencia. While I am located in the heart Passage where I live is quiet, safe and peaceful. I'm four blocks from Sarmiento Pedestrian (Km 0), heart of the city of Malbec. A block of Water Street where they spend all transmission lines. And there are coffee shops and clothing stores. And near the Aristides Villanueva street where there are restaurants, pubs and nightclubs. I'm a 15 minute drive from the airport to my home.

House Rules
For me, my home is my place in the city, I like to sleep schedules, which have not noises when someone is lying and that all talk before it occurs are respected. If you want to check out a previously agreed and should be consulted. Please do not adjust the temperature yourself department / a, you tell me and I'll be happy to raise or lower it for you as you wish. Feel free to use the kitchen but clean it when finished. Minimizes noise past midnight please. Do not invite strangers into the home. If you wish to do so must first consult with me. It's very important to me. If you want to wash clothes, you should speak to me first. I hope you enjoy your stay in my home and you feel at home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
