Hi, I´m Evelin,
I am a Pastry chef who lives and works here in Balmain, Sydney. I have traveled quite extensively. So, I believe that home is wherever you are.
When I travel, I love sharing the experience with friends or local contacts, viewing their country or city through their eyes. I look forward to seeing more of the world in the near future and to welcoming you to this part of Sydney.
My place is the door to Sydney! This MASTER room in a renovated terrace is perfect for you. Centrally located, it's a 15 min to Opera House, 10 min close to Darling Harbour, CBD, Circular Quay ... and short stroll to Harbour and Anzac Bridges.
Public transport is so easy as we are only few steps from ferry and buses to all parts of Sydney. This is your holiday and great adventure.
My place is perfect for getting around Sydney!

Balmain Suburb is a lovely place close to the city. You will not be disappointed! 100% Aussie lifestyle.
The neighbourhood is full of little victorian houses, with a certain charm and lots and lots of parks and the best view from Parramata river and Harbour Bridge. It is really convenient to the city just 10 minutes distance. This neighborhood is famous for trendy cafes, restaurants, groceries, cellar doors...
It´s a very SAFE, friendly, buzzing suburb.
I love my suburb and I hope you'll also fall in love with.

Don't waste time travelling! Public transport are only 1-3 mins walk away!
- I am a neat and clean freak so will try to keep all common areas like that to provide a pleasant stay for my guests.
- I will try my best to be flexible with your check-in and check-out time.-

(1) No smoking inside the property. There is an undercover area at the back of the house for smoking area.
(2) Only guests checked-in with us are allowed onto the property. No outside guests allowed into the property. So No Parties!
(3) As it is my house, I expect guests to be CONSIDERATE and CLEAN UP after themselves.
(4) Lost keys or failure to return keys is a $20 penalty charge per key. You will receive 03 keys. Gate, security door and door house).
(5) before 09 am and after 10 pm, please respect the silence, other people sleeping in the same building, so please try not to make noise.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
