Our beautiful modern house is a place that makes you feel at home straightaway. Our family lives in a 4 bedroom house, there is me, my husband and our cute little toddler who is only 20 months old. we are very friendly , helpful and respecting the guest's privacy.
Each room is well appointed and bright with queen bed, breakfast is toast, butter, peanut butter, cereal, coffee,Persian style brewed tea and normal tea bags)
I am a very clean lady so you can be sure that the linen and towels get washed and sun dried regularly while you stay and after guests leave . the kitchen with all the cooking facilities is provided, you are welcome to cater for your selves and you can use my Persian herbs and spices too !
we have a spacious dining room, TV room ( Foxtel with many sports and movie channels) and entertaining area with barbecue ( we make Persian chikcen BBQ every now and then and when we do you're welcome to join us).
our house is located in a very upmarket , posh area, its well-known for being safe and quiet. Cashmere is surrounded by the bush so we still sometimes get to see koalas on trees!
we are only 200 meters from a park with playground for kids, you could enjoy seeing the docks living in the small lake in the park. if you like to see other birds like swans, pelicans,.. the Samson Vale Lake is only 5 minutes drive from our home.
It is located close to D'Aguilar National Park ( Mt Glorious is only 30 kilometeres from us and is ideal for motor riding, bush walking , Kayaking etc) and scenic Samford Village. It's close to Warner Village ( Woolworth, Aldi, Subway, MC Donalds , Indian takeaway , Sushi land, two Cafes and Medical center) . its 8 kilometers from Strathpine Shopping Centre. we offer one complimentary drop of and pick up per day to Warner Village or Strathpine Westfield.

Felt like staying with my parents when I was a teenager.
Lovely people but wasn't happy not to be allowed a visitor in my room. That took the fun out of my holiday.June 2016
Absolutely wonderful people, i enjoyed my time with them they made us feel very welcomed and at home was sad to say good bye.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
