Located in the prestigious Sanctuary Waters Estate, this home is four doors away from a beautiful lake and manicured park lands. It is close to shops, schools, transport, golf club and lots more. Our home is very generous in size with 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, study, home theater and additional formal / informal living areas. The outdoor entertaining area is complete with tropical gardens, below ground pool, Bali gazebo hut and massive cedar lined pitched patio area, perfect for outdoor entertaining. We offer queen sized light and bright bedrooms to the rear of the home with fresh linen built in robe and drawers, it is located near second bathroom and toilet for privacy and convenience. We are a family of 4 adults but are now empty nesters .. our children have flown the coop . We are always busy with work and social commitments, we love to travel and we also love our pets (Sonny black and white moggy cat & Cooper a 5kg Maltese silky terrier) We have been a homestay family to mainly Japanese female students for approximately 25 years so we feel very comfortable hosting guests. We are a very social, relaxed family who enjoy outdoor entertaining.

20 minutes south of the CBD, comfortably suburban with lovely residential areas that are modern with well manicures gardens. local facilities consist of Livingston Shopping Center, Market City, The Vale shopping center, 5 minute walk to public transport, 7 day Campbell Road Shopping Center, with IGA, Doctor, Dentist, half a dozen eating places, Asian supermarket, Brumbys Bakery and barber/hairdresser. Also Uber eats, Uber & Ola are all available in our area.

Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Please wipe down cook top and pack away your dishes . We do have a dishwasher so you are welcome to put your dirty dishes in there providing the dishwasher has dirty dishes in it not clean dishes that are waiting to be unpacked !
Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
Please keep quiet after 10pm.
Keep hot showers to a 5 Minute maximum
We pay for all water used in Australia so if you can keep your washing of clothes to once a week please

My stay at Megan's house was amazing from the first day to the last. Megan is a very lovely, patient, friendly, and helpful person; she welcomed me warmly and is always willing to assist with whatever I need. Her house is wonderful, a very beautiful place, super organized, and clean. The environment is calm, without noise, and the people living there respect each other a lot. If you're looking for a peaceful place to rest, it's the perfect spot. The neighborhood is also extremely quiet, with a beautiful park just a few steps from the house and a supermarket within a 10-minute walk, offering various shops, restaurants, and bakeries. There's also a bus stop near the house. You can go without fear because Megan will welcome you with open arms. I felt very welcomed there and highly recommend this place.

Megan et Thomas sont un couple très accueillant avec une jolie maison dans un très beau quartier calme et magnifique. Vous y trouverez un très beau parc qui est parfait pour les coucher de soleil.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
