Our house is 2 minutes walking to the bus stop.
The bus is direct to Monash University Clayton, but you have to change to tram if you are going to Deakin University on different direction from monash.
Syndal Station is just 2 blocks away. You can either walk for 30 mins or take same bus to Monash uni to syndal station for only 2 minutes.
Our house close to both Burwood One shopping and The glen shopping centre.
There are small shops near by.
Light Breakfast and Dinner are included.
Phone is not included. Please, either use your mobile phone or purchase a pre paid phone card.

House Rules
Our House Rules
1. Maintain the cleanness of the room, bathroom, and house.
2. Please, take off your shoes. House slippers are available to be worn all the time.
3.Put your plastic bag full of trash in the bins outside the house (next to the garage). Yellow lid bin for recycle only (no plastic bag) and Red lid bin is for general rubbish.
4.Take shower in reasonable time. (Don't waste water)
5.Let us know earlier if you don't need dinner.
6.Washing clothes is scheduled every Monday and Thursday.
7.Always lock the house door when you are in or out of the house properly.
8.Don't forget to set on and off the alarm if no one home.
9.Wi-Fi is included
10.Light breakfast and dinner are provided.
11.Please put the dirty dishes in the sink.
12.Vaccum cleaner is ready to be used to clean your room.
13.Turn the lights off if you are not the room or any other area (if no one there)
14. Please feel free to ask if there are any questions.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
