About the Area

Our apartment is located on the east side of the city. The back fence of our apartment is connected to a park which you will have key access to. The park includes an outdoor gym and bbq area. Our apartment is 9.4km to the city and 4.8km to the airport. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk through the park, with plenty of routes. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to southpoint shopping centre and a 10 minute walk to Westfield eastgardens for all your shopping needs.

Meals

*Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay.com)
*total amount of payment per week is required by day 2 of your stay
*Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any change or cancellation.
No unregistered strangers in the house or garden, and no visitors without prior permission.
Switch off all devices, lights and heaters when you are not in your room.
Be respectful of other guests, hosts and their privacy.
Never enter another guests bedroom.
Keep noise down in the bedroom areas after 9pm.
Be mindful of noise
Please help keep kitchen and bathroom areas clean and tidy, by cleaning up your own spills.
Notify us of any stained bed linen or towels, so they can be soaked or washed before becoming permanently damaged.
Fresh linen is always available.
No dirty shoes inside, please take off and clean if dirty

Clothes to be dried on Hill’s Hoist in sunshine, or drying rack.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
