2 rooms that you will have full access to. One has a bed and TV, other is set up as a study/home office. Full mirrored wardrobe.
You'd be living with Dylan, 31. Works full time. Layed back, loves to go play pool and baseball. Out a lot and chilling when at home. Loves to listen to Metal. Likes a chat and occasional hangs but also respects privacy and alone time. Two dogs, Peanut and Mela, it's important for us that you love dogs because they will love you and want pats and snuggle.
Big house, close to bus stop in Holt. Large garden, one bathroom to share. House is furnished with plenty of space if you have lots of stuff. Dishwasher, wash machine, your own fridge, new oven/grill, microwave, ducted gas heating, ceiling fans. Good sound system with large TV with google chrome - Netflix, prime, stan. Ducted Gas heating and fans available.
Possibility for rent reduction for someone that would want to walk Mela a few times a week.

About the Area
Our house is in Holt, nothern Canberra. We are just accross the road from the bus stop. 15min bus ride to Belconnen, 30 minutes bus ride to city centre. Our neighbourhood is safe and quiet, we are walking distance from shops, woolworths, aldi, restaurants etc. Lovely nature walks around.

House Rules
You will have full access of the house. There is one living room with TV and google cast with Netflix, Stan and Prime accounts, large lounge. A dining room with dining table, kitchen is equipped.
You have access to two rooms, one with a queen size bed and screen (no antenna but you can hook your computer to it with HDMI cable) and another room set up as a study.
Only rule is to be respectful of the space, clean up after yourself and be kind to the dogs. It's really important that you love animals.
You can qualify for reduce rent in exchange of some dog walking.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
