I am a retired widow living in an attractive Heritage Precinct of Perth, Western Australia. The street is within walking distance of the CBD , the Entertainment area, Free Central Area Transit system and Train Station. It is close to a beautiful shady park with lakes and native birds including Black Swans and the Asian Shopping/Restaurant district is also nearby.
The house is a semi detached, three bedroom brick dwelling. Accommodation available: one bedroom with en suite bathroom suitable for one or two guests and a studio room for one guest with shared bathroom but private WC.
There is a small pleasant garden and outdoor area and one friendly cat in residence. I love to cook and evening meals are usually available if required.
Additional Info
We speak English at home and I assist any students here to learn the language. Limited street parking is available, short term.

Perth is a very dry City we do not waste water: showers limited to one per day and no longer than five minutes.

Beautiful person and a wonderful home so well situated close to everything shops transport restaurants. We were spoilt by Patricia and Ben the cat will return if in the area.

Pat was an excellent host! She was very welcoming and made me feel at home from the moment I stepped through the door. Her homecooked meal was affordable (compared to prices in the city) and without a doubt delicious and I was glad I tried at least one during my stay with her. My only regret is that I didn't have them for the entire stay!
I stayed in the room in the back garden, it was very cosy, the bed was very comfy.
The location of the house in Northbridge is also really close to CBD, which was ideal for me, as I could walk pretty much everywhere (or catch one of the free CAT buses).
Fellow travellers, forget hostels (even hotels): I would highly recommend Pat if you're looking for accommodation in Perth. I will definitely come back on my future visit(s) to Perth!

The house is close of Northbridge and Perth. Very good place to stay.

Ideal location. Very clean and comfortable, and secure premises. The hosts Pat and Ben could not have been more accommodating, Freindly relaxed and courteous. Great home cooked meals, nutritious and taisty. 5 star rating my first choice for accom in Perth.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
