We are a friendly couple in our 30s, whom are keen to host travellers who seek a home away from home.
Our home is in the subhurbs and is a grest quiet place to base yourself, whilst still being close to all the major Gold Coast attractions and less than an hour to Brisbane.
Guests have use of the ENTIRE upstairs apartment.
Walk to the broadwater foreshore. Walk to shopping outlets at Harbour town.
10 mins to Seawarld, 15 mins to all other theme parks.
5 mins bus ride to the tram line to all central gold coast beaches, cafes and precinct.
2 mins to Boat Ramp and fishing.

Our home is located in the coastal suburb of Runaway Bay. The bus stop is 800m away to central Surfers. 2 parking spaces available for guest cars. 10 minutes walk to popular Broadwater. 2 minute drive to Harbour Town factory outlet shopping centre.
Sea World is a 10 minute drive away.
Movie World, Wet and Wild, Dreamworld and Outback spectacular just 15 minutes drive away.
Be close to the glitter strip but far enough away to get a good night sleep.

4 rating, although i would have given it 5 but for one reason.
During the last week of my stay, the apartment was shared with one other person (if you don't mind sharing, this is a perfect place).
There were 2 bedroom, 1 smaller single and a double room.
I had the double, which was BRILLIANT.
Having to share the final week of my stay was abit of a damper, kind of took the gloss off what is a truly EXCELLENT location to stay.Bel & Mr Sam are great hosts, though i kept to myself, doing my own thing, they respected that and we chatted every now and then.
If sports is your thing, within walking distance you'll find there is a gym close by (easy to join up and its 24 hour opening), sports grounds , running route with marked out distances
(in k's). Supermarkets, banks, restaurants all close by also.Easy to get about with the GoCard for the bus, tram and train
(even use it for the Brisbane airport to Gold Coast location where you will be staying).
Its a MUST !!!!Its so nice, i would' hesitate to stay there again.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
