Modern apmt with spacious queen size bedroom, private bathroom and huge terrace. The apmt contains 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. You will live with one person (male - 35 yo professional)
Entirely furnished, you will only need to bring your own bed. Built-in wardrobe in the bedroom. The bathroom is private and won't be shared (2 bathrooms in the apmt)
Ideally located in South Melbourne btw Melbourne CBD and St Kilda and 5 minutes walk to Albert park lake and botanical garden.

Check-Out
Check-out time is at 12pm. Please leave the keys on the kitchen bench when leaving the apmt.
Shoes
To ensure to keep the carpet squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, there is a no shoes policy in the bottom floor.
Amenities
The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)
Cleanliness
Kitchen bench
Please make sure to swipe any food left on the kitchen bench otherwise it will stain right away
Sofa
Please do not eat food while on the sofa. Dining table is available for that purpose
Room / Bathroom
I kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the laundry bag located by the stairs. It helps me get through our cleaning process quicker and allows me to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
A bin is available in the room. Please use it
Damage
I understand that accidents happen. But I do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are I can fix them as effortlessly as possible.
Smoking
Smoking inside is forbidden. An ashtray is available on the terrace for smokers.
Noise
To be considerate to the other roommates and neighbours, I kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 10pm.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
