Anne and Kathie live in an open-plan home on the largest canal in South Yunderup. We can sit on our spacious sheltered deck and watch the dolphins pass most days, as well as the Pelicans, Black Swans and assorted other creatures. We have one spare bedroom, with a queen size bed, bedside tables, dresser and part of a wardrobe available. Your private separate toilet and bathroom are just outside the bedroom door. Off-street parking is available, as is the use of part of our jetty for mooring if needed. We can swim in deep water off the end of the jetty.

About the Area
We are on man made canals opening into the Peel Estuary and thence to Mandurah and the sea. It is a tidal area, half salt and half fresh from the nearby rivers. The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly, about a 20 minute drive to Mandurah one way and a 10 minute drive to Pinjarra the other way. Access to the freeway is easy and less than a 10minute drive. There is very limited public transport and few local shops, so a car (or boat) is a must.

House Rules
Breakfast is provided on a help-yourself basis and we trust guests will pitch in with the tidying and washing up as well.
We expect that guests will be out and active through much of the day, rather than staying around home. We will be more than happy to help plan local activities and excursions.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
