Spacious 150 sq unit in Newport on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney is within walking distance to local patrolled beaches, boutique shopping village, cafes & restaurants.
Large, open-plan unit is surrounded by huge gum trees, with double bedroom balcony & on bus route to city and all Northern Beaches and tourist attractions.
Take the ferry to nearby national parks, or explore the many scenic spots around Pittwater and walk to the lighthouse at beautiful Palm Beach, the holiday choice of the rich & famous.
Newport offers a quiet, peaceful environment to unwind and plan your day trips to national parks, beaches, coastal walks, iconic Pam Beach and Manly, or the city of Sydney, the Opera House, The Rocks, Darling Harbour, Bondi Beach, or The Blue Mountains by train from Central Station.
I have lived on the Northern Beaches since 1982 and would not live anywhere else. This is my sanctuary away from the stress of modern city life. The quiet place to find the necessary balance in a unique environment.

Parking is available outside the block of units and bus to the city and central railway is on the corner opposite the iconic Newport Arms Hotel on beautiful Pittwater.

Located in a very quiet area between the beaches & Pittwater & 40 minutes to the city of Sydney, one hour from the international airport & a thousand miles from care.
Express bus is nearby, Palm Beach, Whale Beach & Avalon Beach are in close proximity, as is the Palm Beach ferry & connect to Manly, CBD & Central Railway.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
