Our family has a large house with own entrance to 2 bedroom bungalow.The rooms are brand new with own bathroom.We have floor boards in both rooms making it light and bright.With no common wall's this is very private.
It is a 2 minute walk to bus stop and train station is near by.
You have access to your own bathroom and have a small kitchenette.We offer a light breakfast complimentary with your stay
Light and bright with ceiling fans .Close to many restaurants a park, shops and public transport.10 minutes from Maroubra beach and the light rail that takes you straight to the city of sydney
We have 3 teenage children and 2 pet puppies.

My stay with Sarah was fantastic. I really loved how simple and homey the room was. I honestly felt right at home. Having a private access was nice as I didn't feel like I was interrupting them. A casual 'hello' passing by and occasional check-ins were quite nice, as I felt I was taken care of and my questions were answered. They were super helpful and kind, and I love their dogs! Highly recommend a stay here:) I will be back!!!!!

Amazing hospitality and facilities! Sarah and Warren were brilliantly welcoming, accommodating and respectful.

Sarah was helpful and friendly. But there was no TV, so we had to watch things on our laptop, and that kept cutting out due to patchy WiFi.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
