A family of four
The male host is engaged in real estate work, and the female host takes care of life at home. My elder sister has been working for three years, and my younger sister is preparing to go to college.
The family is friendly and easy to get along with, hoping to make you feel the warmth of home. There is also a lovely Maltese dog at home, who is not noisy or noisy and loves to be clean.
If you have just arrived in Australia, we will make you feel warm and we are very happy to introduce you to various customs and customs of Sydney. There are also people who can help you with academic and employment problems.
The hostess likes to cook. From southern side dishes to northern staple foods, the food is delicious, healthy and balanced. Two meals are provided on weekdays, which can be adjusted to three meals if you prefer.
The home is a two-storey large house with front and rear gardens, complete security facilities. Located on a cul-de-sac street, the neighborhood is very friendly and the environment is safe. The population structure of the community is simple. We also have cameras outside our house and security alarms that go off at night.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station and 8 minutes to the bus station. The transportation is very convenient. The house is next to the green walkway, which is very convenient for sports. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the park, and the surrounding facilities are beautiful and complete.

About the Area
Our house is located in the North District, which is quiet and safe, with convenient transportation, including trains and multi-line buses. The train can go directly to the city center and domestic and international airports, 20 minutes to the city center and 10 minutes to the airport. There are clinics, shopping malls, supermarkets, fitness walking trails and parks around. There are basketball courts, football fields and other fitness equipment in the park.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
