About the Area
* Quick, walking-distance to grocery stores, pharmacy etc. (5min. walking-distance) - this grocery store is open throughout the whole week from 6:00-22:00 (except few public holidays). It's not common for stores to be open this late, as well as on Sundays, in Austria.
* By public transportation 10-15 min. away from the city center: great restaurants, sight-seeing, night-life.
* Walk into the city center ca. 20min.
* Have a nice jog along the Donaukanal (ca. 9min. walking-distance)
* A quick stroll (5min walking-distance) to visit the childhood home of the great composer Franz Schubert (Museum).
* A quick stroll ( ca. 17min walking distance) to The Sigmund Freud Museum.
* Very good public transportation to the Viennese vineyards (Grinzing).

There is a late check-in fee of €20 if arriving after 7PM (19:00).
Advance-payment of 100% during booking. Please show proof of transaction copy upon arrival or via email.
!!! Cancellation policy is strict! 50% of the actual whole rent (if whole rent was transferred) which was transferred to host, can be returned, if cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to arrival date. 25% of the actual whole rent (if whole rent was transferred) which was transfered to host, can be returned, if cancelled 7-13 or days prior to arrival date !!! NO refund, if guest cancels less than 7 days prior to arrival date.
Homestaty fees and other fees etc. will not be refunded from host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
