COZY SEMI-DETACHED SELF-CONTAINED STUDIO & CHARMING COTTAGE ON SOUTH COAST.
STUDIO:W DOUBLE BED, CEILING FAN, STANDING FAN. FRIDGE, 2 BURNER ELECTRIC STOVE TOP, OVENETTE, KETTLE, COFFEE PRESS, CUTLERY, CROCKERY ETC. TOWELS & LINENS. SHOWER W HOT WATER. TOILET IN ADJOINING RM. WIFI. INDOOR & OUTDOOR DINING TABLES.
OPPOSITE THE STUDIO IS THE COTTAGE:
AN OPEN PLAN & FULLY SELF CONTAINED. KITCHEN AREA, ISLAND DIVIDER, DOUBLE BED AND FUTON, CEILING & STANDING FAN, SCREENED WINDOWS, MOSQUITO NETS, ENSUITE BATHROOM. PATIO. HAMMOCKS AND ADDITIONAL OUTDOOR BAMBOO SHOWER.
SEVERAL BEACHES NEARBY AND OISTINS TOWN A 10MIN WALK W SUPERMARKET, FISH MARKET, FOOD STALLS, BANK CAFES ETC. ST LAWRENCE GAP UNDER 10 MINS ON VAN. EASY ACCESS TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT AT END OF OUR STREET.
FAMILY - I AND FAMILY LIVE IN MAIN HOUSE. WE HAVE 4 GUEST FRIENDLY DOGS ON PROPERTY BUT NOT ALLOWED IN YOUR ROOM. EASY LAID BACK FAMILY VIBES. BACKYARD ORGANIC GARDEN IN PROGRESS.
MY SON TEIJ COOKS DELICIOUS FUSION FOOD ON ORDER. I DO HOLISTIC MASSAGE AND ENERGY HEALING BY REQUEST AND IF AVAILABLE TIME.

Payment Method: please note for stays longer than 2 weeks a 25% deposit of total stay is required as confirmation of your booking which may be sent directly to me via PayPal or otherwise.
Cancellation policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to a booking for another time.
The Studio is attached to our family home to which you have access.
We will respect your privacy and we expect you will be mindful of ours.
Require - honesty, consideration, cleanliness and a good disposition.
Please advise before if bringing friends/strangers to stay over...may involve extra cost.

I enjoyed my stay with Laura. She was very helpful and offered a lot of advice regarding what to do/see/explore. I would stay here again if I am able to return to Barbados. Thank you Laura

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
