A beautiful house with lots of charm and a terrace and view facing south. The two bedrooms are positioned on either side of the house, so plenty of privacy. The room has a 140cm bed, an open closet, an a couch to hang out on. The kitchen is very well equipped and some of the basic spices and herbs are available for guests. There is a washing machine, a bathtub, and separate toilet. There are many indoor and outdoor plants that make the house very cosy. The apartment is in a building with a secure entrance and an intercom system.

About the Area
Ixelles is a unique part of Brussels because it is very well located; the central station, the EU Quarter, and the main university ULB are all few stops away by bus (or a short walk by foot).
The house is on a quiet side street, but the main Chaussée d'Ixelles has everything: Retail and book stores, all kinds of supermarkets (bio, chains, and specialty stores including Asian, Arabic, Eastern European...etc. And a wide choice of cafes and restaurants... you are really spoiled for choice here.
The area has recently been regenerated, but the vibe is still quite mixed with old and new residents. And you need a walk on the greener side of life? The near by ponds offer a lovely walking path and the large southern forest the Bois de La Cambre is a 5min bike ride where you can walk on and on for hours.
