Very tenant that rents a room in our house has the right to use all the common areas and facilities.
Including in your stay we provide you with the following services:
- Short term parking place in the garage
- Laundry room and washing machine
- Free Wi-Fi in all the house
- Fully equipped kitchen with all the supplies needed for you to cook comfortable (ovens, cutlery, dishes and glasses, etc.) and a space specifically assigned to your room on which you can store food in the fridge and another one in a separate place of the kitchen. Some of the rooms include their own fridge an kitchen supplies.
- Use of the piano
- Free use of the common areas like the living room, dining room, and garden.
- A big TV equipped with cable and a DVD player for your use at the living room.
This is a family house, we will always be around the take care of any need for information about the city, directions, or any kind of help you might have. We can provide you with basic items in case you need them such as towels, extra blankets, etc. All rooms have hot water and WiFi access. We can provide cleaning of the room or your clothes for an additional price (specially for longer stays).
All the rooms are rented for a minimum of three days. We can make bigger discounts for stays longer than a month or if you pay cash in advance. If there are extra people staying in the room we will apply 30% of the daily cost of the room per person, 15% if it's a month or more.

About the Area
The house is situated in the typical neighborhood of Cristo Rey, upper part of the famous Sopocachi area, in front of our main mountains Illimani, Cumbre, and Mururata.
Very easy to walk down hill in the center of town and catch a collectivo back home for around 2bs (20 cents of $)
Unlike the majority of cold places in La Paz, the house is heated by sun light every day. Main access to public transportation to the main areas of the city are easily available (Centro, El Alto, Miraflores, etc). Below the "Cristo Rey Church" you have the Taxi Company "El Magnifico" for private rides and pickups.
Nearby there are a couple of police stations, pharmacies, tailors, mechanics, restaurants, and call centers where you can make international phone calls or print documents for a very cheap price.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
