We live in a duplex house with a garden and lots of palm trees, pool, deck, cats and dog. Near the University, with a neighborhood pet shop, bank, supermarket, schools, laboratory, stores, pharmacies but at the same time the street is quiet. Is 15min walk from the center and have two bikes that guests can borrow while they are here. We (my husband and I), Physical Educators working in the area of Fitness and Football, like sports, good food, music, exhibitions, theater, culture! We have two daughters one forming on the other architecture Dance (studying in another city) so artists. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, spacious lounge, kitchen with dining room, laundry room. We are waiting for you to help your stay merry way with a cultural exchange!

Our house is located in a neighborhood with good infrastructure (bus stop, taxi, supermarket, pharmacies, universities, colleges, banks, laboratory, laundry), and close to downtown. We are 120km from the capital, Porto Alegre., With buses every hour.

House Rules
Smoking inside the home is allowed Naoe. As we have pets we can not afford any more. Do not invite strangers to go home. Noise to a minimum after at 10:30. Keep the gate and the door and windows closed and always! Do not allow drugs of any kind .. here is a healthy home! Enjoy your stay and treat our home as if it were his!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
