Located in a privileged place on the northern coast of the state of Bahia, the small fishing village, known for its dunes and its beach with natural swimming pools, Diogo.
The annex is on the ground floor of a Wellness Center that has is private entrance, this implies that the swimming pool, the garden and the parking are to be shared with the possible guests.
It is forbidden to smoke in the house, but there are plenty of spaces to smoke outside.

Vous rêvez de passer un séjour dans une maison avec 2 chambres avec salles de bain privatives, une cuisine américaine et un grand séjour avec salle de bain, entouré d'une terrasse, d'un jardin tropical et pour couronner le tout, d'une piscine et d'une vue sur la vallée de cocotiers et la mer ? Eh bien, c'est ce que vous trouverez ici !
Situé dans un lieu privilégié sur la côte nord de l'état de Bahia, le petit village de pêcheurs, connu pour ses dunes et sa plage avec piscines naturelles, Diogo.
L'annexe est au rez-de-chaussée d'une EcoGuest-House Centre de Bien-Être qui a son entrée privée. Cela implique que la piscine, le jardin et le parking sont à partager avec les éventuels hôtes.
Il est interdit de fumer dans la maison mais il y a beaucoup d'espaces pour fumer à l'extérieur.

About the Area
La Casa Vermelha est dans le petit village de Diogo. Vous y trouverez, l'un des meilleurs restaurants de la région A Sombra da Mangueira pour ses délicieuses Moquecas et autres spécialités locales, un autre délicieux paradis, le restaurant Caminho do Rio, tenue para l'accueillante Sandra. Et d'autres services de restauration rapide.
En vous promenant, vous aurez le pont d'accès aux fameuses Dune de Diogo, qui vous offriront une merveilleuse promenade en passant par la rivière et finit en beauté sur la plage.
Aussi plus proche de la Casa Vermelha, un accès à la rivière pour une baignade en plein milieu d'une nature luxuriante, appelle Pocão.

Default cancellation policy:
Flexible: Full refund up to 7 days before arrival. Then 50%.
Cancellation policy for long-term stays:
Full refund if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days prior to arrival. After this period, the first 30 days of stay are non-refundable.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the house and bedrooms. Possibility of smoking in external areas.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
