RELAXATION THEME - At the entrance to Paraty, a place of peace!
Strategically well located, 1.5 km from the center of Parati, proximity to beaches by car (10 minutes), waterfalls and paradisiacal places.
Parking on site at the property is free, up to 2 cars and no reservation required.
The units are located (apts and studios), in one of the headquarters of the old Fazenda Santa Edwiges with four independent units, where they are rented to other people. It has an entrance through the garden, where the beautiful garden is visited by several species of animals from the Atlantic Forest: Capybaras, Tié-sangue, Saíra 5, 7 cores, woodpeckers, and others.
All units offer privacy and intimacy. Extremely Charming and Comfortable environments close to the Atlantic Forest, the Balconies / Porches overlooking the Perequê-açu River and the Atlantic Forest, close to the Historic City. Check it out on the map.
Units are equipped with a kitchen for preparing light meals, providing great savings and comfort. There is no on-site meal service.
We have a pier on the property, a dock for small boats and which, arranged in advance, avoiding the great traffic on holidays, the boatmen come to take wonderful trips with the guests, to paradisiacal beaches in the region.

About the Area
Our Villa (house and cottage) are an old add of Finance sta Edwirgens. It is located at the entrance of the city, in an area of the Atlantic forest that is peripheral to the city. In a safe place (police station on the same route, the entrance of town) and quiet. There is 1.5 km from the city. It is a space of peripheral rainforest city (at the entrance), the buildings overlooking the river, very quiet.

Meals

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
