My house is brand new. I spent 2 and a half years renewing it slowly and it got ready on feb, 2016. After finishing it, I decided to live here. The house has 5 rooms, so I have 4 of them for rent. I have a wonderful view, a pool outside, the house is charming and welcoming, in the middle of a green area, with a lovely Christ the Redeemer view, and nicely decorated and still in the heart of Rio and 5 minutes from Corcovado Station and 12 minutes from Copacabana or Ipanema or Leblon. The house don't have access to cars. You leave the car/ cab and need to walk 50/60 meters uphill until get to my door. But it is worth it!

About the Area
My house is located 5 minutes from Corcovado Station. The train passes through my door, literally. I am 10 min (by car) from Largo do Machado subway station, 15 min from Ipanema or Copacabana. The house is located very close to a final bus stop down hill. To get to the house you need to go up the street for 60 meters. It is worth it to be in the middle of the green, in peace but in the heart of the city in a exclusive location that neither cariocas know that exist.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
